What the purchase includes

Buying Wallseed includes 100 finished original wallpapers: 28 that ship inside the app download and 72 more in the Launch Vault, which downloads at no extra charge. Thirteen optional packs and one complete library unlock are permanent one time purchases. Nothing expires.

Restoring a purchase on a new device

Open the Packs tab, or the About tab, and choose Restore purchases. Sign in with the same store account you bought with. Ownership is restored by the store, so packs come back without paying again. Downloaded image files are not restored automatically because they live on the device; tap a pack and download it again.

A pack will not download

Downloads need a working network connection and free storage. Check the pack size shown before download, free up space if needed, then retry. Downloads resume rather than starting over. If a download keeps failing, restore purchases first, then retry.

Freeing storage

The storage screen lists what is on the device and lets you remove downloaded originals. Removing files frees space and never removes ownership; you can download them again later.

Setting a wallpaper on iPhone and iPad

Apple gives no public API that lets another app change the system wallpaper, so Wallseed does not do it and does not claim to. Tap Save original to write the full resolution file to Photos, then set it from Apple's own wallpaper picker, where you can position and crop it. You can also send the original anywhere with the share sheet.

Pairs and framing

Coordinated lock and home images are labeled as pairs, and opening either one links to its companion. Before you save, the framing preview shows the wallpaper behind a real Lock screen clock, behind a Home screen layout, or full frame, with the same scrim iOS paints, so you can see whether the top of the screen stays readable.

Automatic rotation

Scheduled rotation is an Android feature. iOS does not allow it, so it is not part of the iPhone and iPad app.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested from them. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android use the Google Play order history. Write to us as well and we will help.
